I never received my Italia jersey, and after a couple of days, the customer service just went silent. They keep saying it was delivered and signed, but the paperwork they provided clearly indicates it was never signed.

You've insulted me time and again with $5 coupon offers, which can only be used in your store! I'm not interested in those coupons at all. What I want is the shirt I actually ordered or a full refund. I've made it clear that I'm ready to return this shirt to you. However, I can't shake the feeling that your company is a scam, and it seems like your shirts are just one size fits all. The money isn't the main concern for me, but I won't just let this slide. Your customer service is appalling, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of doing business with you! Just a bunch of petty criminals!
